ICICI BANK RANKS WITHIN TOP 50 ASIA PACIFIC BANKS A REPORT

 

ICICI Bank among Top 50 in Asia - Pacific

 

 

• ICICI Bank, one of the four DSIBs, has garnered the 50th Spot in the S&P Global market Rankings, released on 21st April 2022. It has a total asset of 226 bn USD. The asset Position shows the credit potential of a Bank.
• The largest commercial bank of India SBI, has made it to 22nd Spot with a total asset of 695 bn USD, while the Private bank HDFC has improved from 46th to 44th Position this year.
• It is interesting to note that China alone accounts for the top 22 banks of the Asia-Pacific. Credit goes to China’s One Belt One Road Initiative, which has been able to make trillions of investments in the region. Chinese Banks alone account for a total asset of 34.52 Trillion USD.
