RELIEVING CERTIFICATES FROM EMPLOYERS -- A MUST
Hello candidates
If you mention in your ibps/sbi application about previous employment then you must be having a relieving certificate issued by the company because this has to be given at the time of document verification.
There are cases where a candidate mentioned the previous private limited company job. He has received full salary for period work in settlement. He has not taken relieving certificate. The boss of the company for reasons better known to him is refusing to give relieving letter and the candidate is in a quandary,
Candidates mention about private jobs because at the time of interview NOC is not asked for. (only psus employees will have to produce NOC at the time of interview).
It will be ideal not to mention about to temporary jobs held for which you do not have proper relieving letters. Please remember this while applying for ibps/sbi/rrb /ssc jobs.
