Dear Sir,
SUBJECT: Complaint against irresponsible and negligent staff

              This is to inform that the customer service at your bank hit a new low yesterday. I was here to submit my KYC form for up gradation of account no 2018XXXXXXXX. I  submitted the completed KYC form, with my original Aadhar card and PAN card (both photocopy and original to Single Window counter 2). After completing up-gradation of the records, he kept me waiting for ten minutes. This doesn’t end there, he lost the original IDs and refused to take responsibility for it.
                As customer of this branch since 2004, this irresponsible and negligent behavior has disappointed me totally. I will be grateful if you look into this matter and advise the concerned staff member to conduct properly with customers.   Also please return the original documents submitted for verification early.
