Sir they started with my name and asked me my full name , I have mentioned the questions they asked me with panel member as M(male) and F (female) total 5 members

M1 - Tell me your name?

A – Sir my name is Pawan Singh

M1 Q- Where are you from pawan ?

A - I am from bihar sir

M1 Q- sab kah rahe hai  bihar bihar where in bihar?

A - I said muzaffarpur sir

M1- papa kya karte hai ?

A – papa retired army personnel hai sir

M1 talked to M3 (centre person) and said Punjab se b bahut log fauz me hai , M2 said ha aur bihar se b bahut log hai

M2- aapke graduation me itne kam percent kyu ayya school me aap ke ache the y in graduation kam ho gaya ?

A – sir mere financial problem the family me papa retire hue the and hence to support my family is started working to thora dhyan kam gaya

F1- Are choro graduation ka abhi ka pucho abhi kya kya kiya hai

M1- tell me about neft rtgs kya hota hai , dono me difference kya hai ?

A – sir national electronics fund transfer batches me hota hai and no minimum and maximum limit but rtgs me minimum 2 lac and instant hota hai

M3 – good good bahut badhiya

M3- ye itne chote haircut kyu karaya aapne ?

A – sir, papa ne kaha tumhara pehla interview hai to I will take you to barber shop and unhone aisa karwa diya  (everyone started laughing and said sahi hai acha lag raha hai )

M1 ye cheque ka pata hai aappko  drawer kaun hota hai drawee aur payee kaun hota hai jara battao?

A – drawer jo check write karta hai account holder aur jis bank ka cheque wo issue karta hai yani jis bank ke sath uska account hai wo drwaee bank and payee jo paise receive karta hai ya jiske naam cheque me mention hota hai

M3- good good acha ye batao bhim kya hai , uska full form b batao?

A – bharat interface for money , it is launched by our prime minister taki log paise transfer kar sake app ke through aur use adhar se b enabled kiya ja sakta hai for payments

M1 hmm aapne Capital aduecy ke bare me suna hai kya hai wo ?

A – Sir capital adequacy ratio ek certain percent bank ko loans dene ke time rakhna hota hai taki loss ya kabhi paisa na mile wapas loan ka to us percent se cover ho sake

M1 kitna percent hai abhi

A – yes mam mera pehla interview hai

F – bahut acha kar rahe ho good

A – sir job kar raha tha

M4 ham aapko gaon me bhej denge to aap chale jaoge?

A – Sir bachpan se hi transfer hota tha to naye naye place me jate the to mere liye koe issue nahi hoga sir main manage kar lunga

M4 family ko kaise manage karoge jab gaon me chale jaoge , papa ko chor ke jaoge ?

A – Sir family me mera bhai b hai and waise b papa bachapan se hamesha jyada tar akele hi rahe hai but mere bhai mummy hai and main within state hi rahunga to koe issue nahi hoga

M3 ha military me the papa to fauz me to sab waise b bahar border pe hi hote hai correct correct

M3 apne aur koe exam diya hai , clear kiya hai?

A – yes sir maine ibps po b clear hai but uska interview next month hai

M4 to aap to hame chor ke chale jaoge jab waha select hojaoyge?

A – sir mere liye to dono hi banks hai aur dono hi officer scale hai . dono ka apna apna advantage hai waha city life hai to har baar postings b hai but yaha rural life hai to b within state hai family ko b dek sakte hai.

M3 gujarati aata hai aapko ?

A – yes sir papa yahi se retire hue the to ham yahi settled hogaye aur pichle 15 saal se hai

M3 ohk papa yahi se retire hue acha acha

M1 To 9% capital adequacy ratio se kaise cover hoga ? loan maan lo 100 rs ka ho aur 9 rs save ho jaye to kaise cover hoga pura amount ?

A – sorry sir mujhe ye nahi pata

M3 koe baat nahi thik hai

M1 koe pillars hota hai basel me ,

A – Yes sir 3 pillars hote hai

M1 kaun kaun se ?

A – sir abhi yaad nahi aaraha but maine padha hai uske bare me

M3 koe baat nahi , aur koe question puchna hai ?

All panel members nahi nahi bas

M3 ye sandwich kaho pls mera man nahi tha tum lelo pls

 (he insisted a lot but I said no sir pls thank u sir )

Then M3 and M2 both offered toffee at the same time and said koe baat nahi toffee to lelo

M3 was just opposite and in middle so I took it from him and thanked both of them

M3 M1 said thank you ab aap ja sakte ho  

I said thank you to all the members and wished everybody and came out

Sir this was my first RRB interview experience and it was in Gujarat . Panel members seemed to be happy and they asked questions in hindi only so I replied in hindi only.  Sir how would you judge this overall interview experience and please guide me as how can I improve more in my comin po interview ??
