SBI Announces recruitment of 5199 Clerks
State Bank of
India (SBI) invites applications from eligible Indian Citizens for
permanent recruitment to the total 5199 posts of Assistants in clerical cadre.
Candidates can apply for vacancies in any one state only.
Eligible
candidates are required to Apply Online through official online
facility between May 26 - Jun 14, 2014.
Fill the
application carefully. After Online Registration, candidates are
advised to take printout of the application.
After Online
Registration, Candidates are required to pay fee through either online (using
Debit/ Credit card / Internet banking) or off line mode.

Mode of
Recruitment :
Final
selection will be made on the basis of performance in the online Exam (to be
held in July / August 2014) followed by Personal Interview.
The Online
test will be online objective type, consisting of (i) General Awareness (ii)
General English (iii) Quantitative Aptitude (iv) Reasoning Ability (v)
Marketing Aptitude / Computer Knowledge of total 200 marks for duration of 2
Hours 15 minutes.
There will be
negative marks for wrong answers in the Objective tests. Candidates qualified
in the Online test will be allowed to attend Interview.
Fee Structure
:
Examination
fee is Rs. 450/- for General and OBC and Rs.100/- for SC/ST/PWD/XS. The
requested examination fee can be pay through either online (using Debit/ Credit
card / Internet banking) or off line mode.
Offline Fee
Payment : Fee payment will be accepted from 2nd working day after registration
and can be made within three working days. System generated fee payment challan
will be used for depositing fee.
Online Fee
Payment : The payment can be made by using MASTER/VISA debit/ credit cards or
Internet Banking by providing information.
How to Apply
:
Eligible
candidates need to be Apply Online from the Online Registration Facility
between May 26 - Jun 14, 2014. Fill the application carefully. Before
Online Registeration, Candidates must have scanned copy of their recent
photograph and signature in prescribe format.
After Online
Registration, candidates are advised to take printout of the application and
keep the same for future reference.
